Rate Update, CLAC Meeting

At today's CLAC meeting, Dave Gingerich relayed that less than half the Providers submitted rate surveys to OLTL by April 15th, 2011.

If you did not submit a survey on April 15th, 2011, expecting that OLTL would be using the previous survey you submitted, we encourage you to contact OLTL and let them know to use the previous survey submitted.

Dave also relayed that due to the lack of surveys submitted, OLTL will accept additional surveys from providers who have not submitted them. acomarnits@state.pa.us

The CLAC made an official request for the list of providers who have participated in submitting the surveys.
The rate meeting with OLTL is scheduled for May 3, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Forum Place.
