Roy Tarpley was a star at the high school basketball level, a star in college, and was expected to be a star in college. Roy had a drug addiction. He got clean. Starting playing basketball again. He succumbed to another addiction and was done with basketball.
Despite being banned from playing in the National Basketball Association, Tarpley feels discriminated against.
